We worked my legs,back,core, and arms holy shit. Then I had to go in for the muscle stuff and she was pretty rough and then took me into a new room and they hooked me up to a machine and basically made my leg and foot convulse from electricity for twenty minutes. I&amp;#8217;m enjoying some nice chilled ice coffee and I&amp;#8217;m going to bike to work for the first time in a while.
