before-and-after-pictures: Height: 5’ 4 I was at my highest weight after the holidays. I lost 4 pounds from naturally after stop eating all the high calorie holiday feast meals.. To make more improvement, I been doing Insanity and eating clean everyday. I don’t take any protein supplements but I plan to eventually. I been extremely frustrated at the lack of difference I see, but I pulled up my before picture today and I was please to actually see a difference!
